SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Keyser

Gold star to the staff, who are the kindest and most helpful I've ever encountered at a hotel! The room was perfect, being not excessively large for one person. Bed was comfy, sheets were good, and pillows were varied in type to accommodate any preference. Most of all, the hotel was clean and well-maintained. No complaint at all. Finally, when I missed breakfast, the manager brought me back to the kitchen to pick out what I wanted from the fridge.

We were traveling for work and looking for a motel in Romney. We searched the area and you were reasonably close. Excellent choice. We had to leave early each day and there was a hot breakfast available. Probably be back again on vacation next time. Awesome experience! Kudos to the staff!

Breakfast and the location to where I needed to go. Then lady that prepared the breakfast each morning was the best and so positive. This is the place to stay.
