Gold star to the staff, who are the kindest and most helpful I've ever encountered at a hotel! The room was perfect, being not excessively large for one person. Bed was comfy, sheets were good, and pillows were varied in type to accommodate any preference. Most of all, the hotel was clean and well-maintained. No complaint at all. Finally, when I missed breakfast, the manager brought me back to the kitchen to pick out what I wanted from the fridge.

Location for our race we attended. The staff allowed us to check in early which we truly appreciate. They made cookies for us and we enjoyed them. Also I left my suitcase in the parking lot and they tracked me down along with our Friends to tell us I left it. They held onto it until we finished our race. Much appreciated and we will always stay here when we travel thru. Highly recommend

The staff (Jen, Salem, Misty, Mike, Patty) were all very helpful and welcoming. They were understanding about the mistake I made in booking a room with only one bed and went out of their way to make us comfortable despite being completely booked and quite busy! It was also exceptionally clean.

We were traveling for work and looking for a motel in Romney. We searched the area and you were reasonably close. Excellent choice. We had to leave early each day and there was a hot breakfast available. Probably be back again on vacation next time. Awesome experience! Kudos to the staff!

Nicole greeted us as if we were family. She was absolutely wonderful and such a delight. The breakfast attendant was 1st class. I apologize that I don't remember her name, but she was awesome. They're both an asset to Best Western and deserve a raise.
